We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across various functions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and MIS reports.




Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and hiring timelines.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/job portals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
