Primary Responsibilities The role focuses on quality assurance and dimensional inspection in a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include:
Develop CMM inspection programs using Hexagon CMM and PC-DMIS software.
Interpret 3D CAD models, Model-Based Definition (MBD), engineering drawings, and blueprints.
Perform dimensional layouts and inspections to verify compliance with customer specifications.
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Production teams.
Create and maintain CMM inspection programs and standards.
Develop sample inspection plans.
Train inspectors, machinists, and engineers on CMM programming and inspection methods.
Conduct inspections using portable and stationary CMMs.
Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and support corrective actions.
Recommend process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.

Required Skills:
PC-DMIS programming
Hexagon CMM operation
GD&T; and blueprint reading




CAD interpretation
Lean Manufacturing (5S, Continuous Improvement, JIT)
ISO/AS9100 quality systems
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
