Use platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and Monster to source and advertise openings.

Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and skilled platforms) Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone video and in-person)
Advertise job openings on the company's careers page and social media job boards and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.





Skills & Requirements
Freshers with excellent communication skills and high energy levels.
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Able to prioritize workload in a quick-paced environment with changing deadlines.
Able to manage critical path projects and effectively collaborate as needed with other employees/functions.
High level of integrity, sound judgment, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
