We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Freelance Recruiter to help us identify and hire top talent across various industries. Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and personal networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Assess candidate skills, experience, and job suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Maintain recruitment reports and candidate records.

Required Skills
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Solid negotiation and candidate management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior recruitment experience is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent sourcing skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
