About the Role

Hotel Temple View is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Front Office Manager to oversee daily front desk operations, ensure excellent guest service, and manage reservations across multiple online travel platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily front office operations and staff.

Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.

Coordinate room reservations through Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and direct bookings.

Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.

Maintain occupancy reports, room inventory, and daily revenue records.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.

Train and supervise front office executives and reception staff.

Maintain cash handling, billing, and payment records.

Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly operational reports.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in Hotel Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or any bachelor's degree.

Knowledge of hotel PMS software and OTA extranets.

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing OTA bookings and channel managers.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Familiarity with hotel revenue management.

Ability to lead and motivate a front office team.
