Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Gold Loan branch operations.
Ensure RBI compliance, statutory filings, audits, and documentation.
Develop SOPs, monitor risk, and maintain operational controls.
Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff.
Oversee gold appraisal, loan processing, renewals, auctions, and customer service.
Report branch performance and coordinate with management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
7+ years of experience in Gold Loan operations.
Must have worked as a Branch Manager/Operations Manager or similar role in a bank or NBFC.
Solid knowledge of RBI regulations, KYC/AML, audits, and statutory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to independently establish and manage Gold Loan operations.
