Own projects end-to-end and bring your own creative direction
Keep quality and brand consistency high across everything that goes out What We're Looking For - Someone who does both design and video editing well - not one or the other
0–3 years of experience, or a portfolio that shows the range
Comfortable in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, or CapCut
Hands-on with AI image and video models (GPT, Gemini, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Omni, and newer ones)
Valuable judgment on layout, typography, color, and pacing
