Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Design Engineer (Fresher) to join our Design Team in Chennai.

The candidate will support the design and development of engineering solutions based on client requirements.

The role involves preparing design drawings, developing technical specifications, assisting in cost estimation, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality design outputs.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed design drawings, models, and technical specifications based on project requirements.
Develop design concepts that meet client specifications and project standards.
Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and product cost estimates.
Support product costing and ensure accuracy in material estimation.




Coordinate with clients and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to understand project requirements and design expectations.
Ensure designs comply with technical standards and project guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings, design revisions, and project records.

Participate in design discussions and internal review meetings.
Support continuous improvement in design processes and product development.

Skills Required
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design tools.
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical skills with understanding of product costing and BOQ preparation.
Good presentation and qualified grooming skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team workplace.
