Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Prior experience in any recruitment agency/ firm in core recruitments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-of-the-end recruitment for assigned roles
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels
Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support offer negotiations and onboarding processes




Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
Ability to handle pressure and cold calling.

Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting for candidates for non-IT, Sales and Admin profiles. Preferably in any recruitment agency/ firm.
Robust sourcing and networking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
