Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Head Chef / Senior Cook to lead the kitchen operations for our catering business. The ideal candidate should have excellent cooking skills, the ability to prepare a wide variety of cuisines, and the capability to independently manage end-to-end catering kitchen operations while ensuring quality, hygiene, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and supervise the cooking of meals for catering orders and events.
Independently manage the complete kitchen and catering cooking operations.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
Plan menus based on customer requirements and event specifications.




Supervise and coordinate kitchen assistants and helpers.
Estimate and manage raw material requirements to minimize wastage.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
Monitor food quality throughout preparation and service.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food for catering functions.
Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and coordinate procurement requirements.
Handle bulk cooking efficiently while maintaining quality.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
