Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding recent hires.
Coordinate joining formalities, exit formalities, attendance management, leave management, payroll processing, induction program, appraisal management, grievance handling, and statutory areas.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to human resources.
Provide support in resolving employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
