AYUSH ORTHO is looking for an HR Recruiter to support the organization's hiring activities across multiple departments. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through recruitment platforms and other channels.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to support recruitment activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with MBA (HR preferred).
3–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
