Job Summary:

We are hiring an HR Executive for our Surat office. We're looking for an enthusiastic HR skilled with 1–2 years of experience who can manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and day-to-day HR operations while helping create a positive workplace culture.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews and conduct HR screening rounds.
Prepare offer letters and complete joining formalities.
Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees.
Maintain attendance records and HR documentation.
Organize employee engagement activities and help build a positive work environment.
Handle employee queries and support HR operations.
Assist with monthly HR reports and exit formalities.

Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office.
