About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Design Head to lead the design, estimation, and coordination of premium Home Automation, Lighting Control, and Audio-Video integration projects.

Interior

Designers with technical knowledge of smart home systems are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and planning of Home Automation, Lighting Control, and Audio-Video systems.

Prepare system layouts, lighting control plans, AV layouts, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Prepare project quotations, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and technical proposals.

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and clients to develop integrated smart home solutions.

Review project requirements and recommend the most suitable products and system designs.

Support the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.





Coordinate with procurement and project execution teams to ensure accurate project delivery.

Conduct design reviews, site coordination, and client presentations.

Stay updated with the latest trends in smart home automation, lighting, and AV technologies.

Preferred Candidate

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Interior Designers are strongly preferred.

3–8 years of experience in Home Automation, Lighting Design, Audio-Video Integration, Interior Design, or ELV systems.

Experience in preparing quotations, BOQs, estimations, and project costing.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Excel, and other design software.

Positive understanding of smart home technologies, lighting control, networking, and AV systems.

Solid communication, presentation, and client coordination skills.

Ability to lead a design team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
