Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate at Hotel Goodwill in Kanibahal, Lalitpur.

The Front Office

Associate will handle receptionist duties such as greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and answering phone calls while adhering to proper phone etiquette. They will assist with customer inquiries, ensure a positive guest experience, and help maintain the smooth operation of the front desk area.

Goodwill, you will gain hands-on front office experience while working closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, Guest Relations and other hotel operations, building a strong foundation for your hospitality career. Qualifications

Proficiency in Skilled Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties

Good Customer Service and Check-in management skills

Good oral and written English Communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally

Flexible with working morning, evening and weekends

Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus

Familiarity with basic computer operations and hotel software

Certifications/Qualifications in hospitality are preferred
