Experience & Expertise:
Should possess 4–6 years of experience in digital and print medium designs, UI design for desktop and mobile versions.
Must have hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and MS PowerPoint.
A strong portfolio showcasing UI design, illustrations, or other graphic work.
Significant expertise with design systems is an added advantage.
Excellent drafting skills and sophisticated use of color with solid domain knowledge.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and timeline-driven qualified.
Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to multitask.
Educational Background: Graduate/Post-Graduate, preferably in Fine Arts, with relevant years of experience.

Design Software Proficiency: Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Web Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS; knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.

Creative Skills:
Graphic Design: Strong visual design skills with the ability to create appealing and impactful graphics.
Typography & Color Theory: Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color to enhance visual communication.
Interactive Media: Ability to design engaging interactive content like animations, digital ads, and web interfaces.
