We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the company's hiring goals. Core recruitment including sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring managers.
Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
Conduct reference and background checks.
Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA-HR preferred
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with robust communication skills may also be considered).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
