Grooming/Personality Development Trainer Responsibilities:
Conduct grooming and personality development sessions for students.
Train students in professional etiquette, body language, and workplace behavior.
Develop students' verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Provide interview preparation, including mock interviews and resume guidance.
Train students in public speaking, confidence building, and presentation skills.
Guide students on skilled dressing, hygiene, and personal grooming standards.
Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback and mentoring.
Organize workshops, seminars, and soft skills training programs.
Maintain attendance, training records, and assessment reports.
Coordinate with academic and placement teams to ensure students are industry-ready.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
Certification or experience in Personality Development, Soft Skills, Aviation, Hospitality, or Corporate Training is an added advantage.
1–3 years of relevant training or teaching experience preferred.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Reporting To: Principal / Head of Training / Academic Coordinator

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
