Diamond Operations: Oversee end-to-end operational workflows (procurement, assortment, bagging, issuance, returns) while establishing strict grading and quality benchmarks.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with production and merchandising teams to ensure timely, cost-productive diamond availability for manufacturing and design pipelines.
Inventory & Cost Optimization: Leverage ERP and analytics to balance working capital with stock availability, forecast demand, reduce slow-moving inventory, and improve stock turnover.
Team Management & Execution: Delegate daily tasks, monitor performance, evaluate output, and train the team on industry best practices.
