About the Role

We are looking for a Google Ads App Campaign Specialist with hands-on experience in planning, managing, and optimizing Google App Campaigns (UAC/ACi). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of app marketing, conversion tracking, Firebase/Appsflyer integrations, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Google App Campaigns for Android and iOS apps.
Plan and execute App Install, App Engagement, and App Pre-registration campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPI, CPA, ROAS, and in-app conversions.
Analyze campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Firebase, AppsFlyer, and Google Ads.
Optimize audience signals, bidding strategies, creatives, and assets to improve campaign performance.
Coordinate with the design and development teams for creative and tracking requirements.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency.
Stay updated with Google's latest advertising features, policies, and best practices.

Required Skills




2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google App Campaigns.
Robust understanding of Google Ads, Firebase, AppsFlyer, and GA4.
Experience with App Install and App Engagement campaigns.
Knowledge of bidding strategies such as Target CPA, Maximize Conversions, and Target ROAS.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Good understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and app analytics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads Certification (Preferred).
Experience in fintech, loan, gaming, or e-commerce app campaigns is an added advantage.
Familiarity with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience and for desired candidate)
