Sourcing candidates from different job portals, Employee Referrals or internal job transfer
Co-ordinate between Candidates & Clients starting from scheduling till placement.
Strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
Preparing Job descriptions for all employees and getting them approved
Understand the business requirement and strategize to fill requirements.
Manpower planning
Coordinate with different vendors to close vacant positions.
To be part of the quality improvement initiative and protocols of the organization
Training & development, Coordinating for HR induction Employee Engagement activities , Appointment letters Release
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,810.29 per month
