Roles & Responsibilities:
Making Job descriptions
Job Posting and sourcing best talent for the company in the available budget
Assisting in Round 1 interviews
Aligning the candidates for next rounds and doing further coordination till joining
Responsible for documentation, induction and training of recent joiners and explaining company policies.
Responsible for acting as a bridge between employees and management and ensuring high morale along with the high staff performance.
Assisting the HR team with day-to-day work of HR activities, internal-external coordination and other miscellaneous work

Candidate Requirements:
Analytical skills
Prior Experience of at least 1 year in recruitment, preferably in the FMCG space




Confidentiality is mandatory in this role
Must be consciously aware of all HR related laws
Positive communication skills (English) - both written and oral

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
