About the Role

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with 2–5 years of experience. You will manage Google Ads campaigns for real estate projects and help us generate quality leads.

Responsibilities
Plan and manage Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
Generate quality real estate leads.
Do keyword research and competitor analysis.
Improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Track conversions using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Create weekly and monthly performance reports.
Work with the design and content team to improve campaign performance.

Requirements
2–5 years of Google Ads experience.
Valuable knowledge of Google Ads.
Experience with Google Analytics 4.
Experience with Google Tag Manager.
Valuable understanding of keyword research and conversion tracking.
Good communication skills.

Preferred
Real estate marketing experience.
Experience with landing page optimization.
