What You'll Do
Maintain and continuously improve the Nexora Labs website
Clean and refactor existing code for better maintainability
Build new landing pages and service pages
Create and publish project case studies
Improve responsiveness across devices
Optimize website performance and loading speed
Fix bugs and UI issues
Add modern animations and interactions where appropriate
Keep the website visually polished and up to date
Recommend improvements to design, usability, and performance
Required Skills
Robust HTML5 and CSS3
Good JavaScript knowledge
Responsive web development
WordPress theme customization (not just page builders)
Basic PHP understanding
Git/GitHub
Cross-browser compatibility
Basic SEO best practices
Good attention to detail
We're looking for someone who:
Enjoys writing clean, maintainable code
Notices small design and UI details
Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions
Likes improving products continuously
Communicates clearly
Is reliable and consistent
Wants a long-term association rather than short freelance gigs
Experience
Freshers with exceptional portfolios are welcome.
1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Budget & Availability This is a part time role requiring approximately 4 –5 hours per day (or equivalent flexible commitment).
Our current budget is ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month . We understand this may not suit everyone, and that's completely okay. We're looking for someone who values long-term growth, ownership, and learning alongside an ambitious team. If this aligns with your expectations, we'd love to hear from you.
