Position Overview: We are seeking a agile and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture, and assist in enhancing employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.

Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts.

Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers.
Help in identifying training and development needs.

HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics.

Policy Implementation:




Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1 year of experience in HR or related roles.
Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software systems.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
