Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define role requirements
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics
Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality sector
Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Solid organizational and time management skills
Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding is a plus
