We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our Etsy store for our jewellery export business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Etsy marketplace management, product listings, SEO, sales growth, and order management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the Etsy store.
Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, tags, and descriptions.
Conduct keyword research using tools like eRank and optimize listings for better visibility.
Upload recent products and maintain accurate product information.
Manage inventory, pricing, and order processing.
Handle Etsy Ads and promotional campaigns.
Monitor store performance, traffic, and sales reports.
Coordinate with the design, photography, and production teams.
Respond to customer queries and maintain excellent customer service.
Stay updated with Etsy policies,
trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
25 years of experience managing an Etsy store.
Solid knowledge of Etsy SEO and marketplace algorithms.
Experience with eRank, Etsy Ads, and keyword research.
Good understanding of product listing optimization.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Experience in the Jewellery industry is preferred.
