We are hiring a talented and motivated Clinical Transformation Head/Lead to join our agile team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in clinical processes and transformation strategies, with relavent and hands-on experience in developing, managing and implementing clinical modules. As a Head/Lead of Clinical Transformation, you will play a critical role in driving initiatives that enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of our clinical transformation journey.

Role & responsibilities
End-to-end knowledge of Clinical Product features and use cases (EMR/EHR/Clinical modules).
Detailed understanding of Hospital processes.
Do a thorough map and gap analysis between business requirements and current product offerings.
Creating EPIC/Stories/Tasks based on implementation requirements,



and identifying bugs based on severity and business priority.
Work with business stakeholders to complete artifacts, conceptualize and prepare wireframes, high-level solution workflow, functional specification document (FSD) and Data Control Worksheet (DCW).
Lead Clinical Product demonstrations and training.
Hands-on in implementing #EMR, #EHR in multispecialty hospitals.
Drive implementation of the product in hospitals, starting from Requirement gathering to User Acceptance testing, Go-live, and post-go-live support.
Ability to manage team, work independently and balance multiple priorities in a quick-paced setting.
Should be open to business travel.
