Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales hiring, employee lifecycle management, attendance management, onboarding, employee engagement, grievance handling, and office administration. Robust communication skills and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on sales hiring.
Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews and recruitment activities.
Handle employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain employee attendance and HR records.
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including joining, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Address employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.




Oversee day-to-day office administration activities.
Maintain employee documentation and HR MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements
2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Proven experience in sales recruitment.
Solid knowledge of employee lifecycle management.
Experience in attendance management and onboarding.
Ability to handle employee grievances professionally.
Experience in office administration.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Candidates must be currently based in Pune.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Pay: ₹10,995.65 - ₹33,089.05 per month
