Roles and Responsibilities :
Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements and develop effective strategies for filling open positions.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the 's qualifications.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of current hires into the organization.

Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding etc.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
