Additional responsibilities under Administration are as below.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Consistently monitor radiologist productivity metrics to drive efficiency and maintain high-performance standards across the department.
Track and manage report turnaround times (TAT) to ensure timely service delivery and adherence to the benchmarks.
Identify and analyze irregularities, time deviations, and case rejections by radiologists; implement corrective actions for the same.

• Quality Assurance & Clinical Accuracy
Conduct thorough reviews of radiology imaging reports to ensure diagnostic accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established clinical protocols.
Lead quality control initiatives aimed at minimizing reporting discrepancies and enhancing diagnostic reliability.

• Strategic Recruitment & Skill Alignment




Oversee the recruitment and selection of radiologists and diagnostic imaging specialists.
Evaluate candidates based on clinical proficiency and map their skill sets to specific imaging modalities.

• Risk & Compliance Management
Take ownership of any operational or clinical issues that may have potential legal implications, ensuring timely resolution and preventive action.
Collaborate with compliance teams to maintain adherence to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.

• Stakeholder Engagement

Ensure concerns from referring physicians and patients regarding imaging procedures are appropriately addressed, promoting explicit communication, patient satisfaction, and collaborative care.

•Technology Integration & Infrastructure Support
Work closely with biomedical engineering and IT departments to ensure seamless integration, optimal performance, and continuous improvement of imaging technologies and systems.
