This Graduate Engineering Trainee program begins as a 6-month paid internship, based on-site in Hyderabad. Trainees will rotate through exposure across our Design, Firmware, Production, and Quality Engineering functions — there is no fixed specialization at entry. Based on performance during the internship, trainees will be placed into a full time role aligned with their strengths and interests, and the internship converts to a full-time position.
Responsibilities include supporting engineering teams with technical documentation, assisting in component selection and testing, contributing to process improvements, and learning company standards under the guidance of senior engineers. This is a structured, mentorship-driven path into real defence and aerospace engineering work.
