Safety Management ------------------------------ ## ## Job Purpose We are looking for a vigilant and motivated Junior HSE Officer (Fresher) to join our safety team. You will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day workplace safety, enforcing PPE compliance, and minimizing risks across our active construction sites and warehouse fulfillment centers in Bangalore. ## Key Responsibilities On-Site Safety Enforcement Conduct daily site rounds to ensure 100% compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like helmets, safety shoes, and safety harnesses. Monitor high-risk activities unique to construction and warehouses, including work-at-heights, scaffolding stability, and safe forklift operations. Enforce the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system for all maintenance, electrical, and hot work. Ground-Level Training &
Communication Lead daily morning Toolbox Talks (TBT) with laborers, operators, and contract staff before shifts begin. Conduct basic safety inductions for current workers, warehouse staff, and visitor entries.



Assist in organizing periodic fire fighting drills and emergency evacuation practice runs. Reporting &
Maintenance Maintain daily safety registers, hazard logs, and incident checklists. Conduct routine inspections of fire extinguishers, first aid boxes, safety nets, and emergency exit paths. Report any near-misses or unsafe conditions immediately to the Senior HSE Manager. ## Requirements &

Qualifications Education: Diploma in Industrial Safety / Fire &
Safety Management (Mandatory). Experience: 0–1 year. Freshers with a solid foundational knowledge of basic safety standards are welcome. Languages: Fluency in Hindi and basic English is required to communicate instructions to the workforce and handle basic documentation. Physical Fitness: Must be comfortable working on active construction sites and walking large warehouse floors. Computers: Basic capability to fill out safety checklists on MS Excel or Google Sheets. ## Job Benefits Fixed monthly salary (₹22,000 - ₹35,000).
