Manage end-to-end business process for employee engagement, grievance management, PMS & policy implementation by visiting stores/Branch in Maharashtra and Karnataka
Drive HR Strategy at Branch Level
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Understand employee issues and concerns by enquiring, exploring and reviewing the data provided by the employee and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues through grievance redressal mechanisms.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee engagement initiatives.
Drive a performance driven culture in the Branch by timely monitoring, review of performance and feedback to the team members
