As we expand our consulting capabilities, we’re looking for a Zoho People Consultant who will work with our Technical, Functional, and Sales Teams to deliver value-driven solutions to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and customize Zoho People based on client requirements.
Manage modules such as Employee Management, Attendance, Leave, Performance, and HR Automation.
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective HR solutions.




Create workflows, forms, approvals, and reports within Zoho People.
Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
Troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:
1–3 years of hands-on experience with HRMS applications like Zoho People, Workday, Keka, Darwinbox, etc.
Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Experience with workflow automation, forms, reports, and customizations.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Knowledge of Zoho People will be an added advantage.
