Key Responsibilities: Attend and assist customers visiting the branch or contacting through phone, email, and digital channels. Handle customer queries regarding accounts, deposits, cards, loans, and digital banking services. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
Guide customers through account opening, KYC updates, and service requests. Maintain accurate customer records and service logs. Promote bank products and services to existing and recent customers. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support branch operations and administrative activities as required. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualification Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Preferred) 12th Pass (HSC/Intermediate) with relevant customer service experience
