Role & responsibilities
Assist in preparing engineering designs and technical calculations under the guidance of senior engineers.
Support the creation and management of CAD and REVIT drawings and project documentation.
Collaborate with technicians and project team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
Attend client, consultant, and supplier meetings with senior team members to gain project exposure.
Help ensure project tasks are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Support the implementation of design decisions and project requirements.
Keep senior team members informed about progress, challenges, and key project updates.
Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives.
Assist in maintaining transparent communication regarding client and project requirements.
Follow company policies,
industry standards, Indian Codes, and best engineering practices.
Develop awareness of project budgets and report any concerns to supervisors.
Support the documentation and communication of key project-related decisions.
Stay updated on project requirements and share relevant information with team members when required.
Effectively manage assigned tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.
Proactively communicate workload challenges and seek guidance when needed.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, develop technical skills, and contribute to team success.
Preferred candidate profile BE in Mechancial with minimum 2 yrs of experience
