Manage end-to-end hub operations, including inbound, sorting, dispatch, and delivery processes. Ensure daily shipment targets, SLA adherence, and operational efficiency. Lead, train, and supervise Hub Incharges, Team Leaders, and ground staff.
Monitor manpower planning, attendance, and shift scheduling. Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper asset management. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational policies.
Analyze daily performance metrics and prepare operational reports. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, HR, Fleet, Security, and Finance. Resolve operational issues and customer escalations in a timely manner.
Drive process improvements to reduce costs and improve productivity. Ensure high standards of housekeeping, security, and workplace safety within the hub.
