Position: HRBP Intern

Duration: 6 Months Internship

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HRBP Intern who is eager to learn various Human Resources functions. The intern will work closely with the HR Business Partner team and gain hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, HR operations, employee engagement, and business support.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and processes.
Support attendance, leave tracking, and employee data management.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Help in preparing HR reports and MIS using Excel.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling when required.
Support employee feedback and engagement initiatives.
Ensure HR documents are updated and maintained accurately.
Perform other HR administrative tasks assigned by the HR team.

Eligibility
MBA/PGDM (HR) or final-year MBA HR students.




Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to learn HR processes and business partnering.
Positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
