Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, social media, and walk-ins.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
Build talent pipelines and ensure positions are closed within defined TAT.
Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and background verification.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
