What You'll Do
Build and maintain web applications using modern technologies.
Develop scalable backend APIs and business logic.
Build responsive frontend interfaces using Next.js.
Design and manage MongoDB databases.
Work with Prisma ORM for database management.
Collaborate with designers and developers to ship features.
Debug, optimize, and improve application performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Who We're Looking For

Comfortable working in a startup setting.

Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be available to work during a mutually agreed fixed time slot each day.
Daily collaboration will take place via KumaSpace , so you should be comfortable staying online and working with the team during your scheduled hours.

Compensation (Please Read Before Applying) To respect everyone's time, we'd like to be transparent.
Part time (4–5 hours/day)
Initial Budget: ₹16,000–₹22,000/month
This is an early-stage startup role.
