We are a growing, dynamic team looking to strengthen our creative capabilities. We believe great design comes from original thinking, not copy-pasted trends. We’re building a brand identity that stands out, and we need a designer who can bring fresh, independent ideas to the table — not just execute references handed to them.

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to work remotely, but the candidate must be based in Kolkata (for occasional in-person coordination/meetings). You’ll be responsible for:
Creating graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Designing marketing collateral, banners, and brand assets
Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns
Bringing original creative concepts to the table — we want ideas, not just imitation of references




Managing multiple design projects with quick turnaround times
Ensuring brand consistency across all visual content

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic designing and social media content creation
Proficiency in qualified design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, or equivalent — no free/watermarked tools)
Must be based in Kolkata
Solid original design sensibility — ability to generate creative concepts independently rather than relying heavily on references
A portfolio demonstrating range and originality
Positive communication and time management skills
