We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Homestay Manager to oversee the daily operations of our homestay in Trivandrum.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a hotel, homestay, or serviced apartment
Solid knowledge of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, and MakeMyTrip
Experience in managing reservations, rates, inventory, and channel managers
Ability to maximize occupancy and revenue through effective OTA management
Excellent guest communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of housekeeping coordination, check-in/check-out procedures, and daily operations
Positive computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Robust organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
