Demonstrated understanding of:
B2C and B2B digital experiences
Document management and collaboration platforms (Box preferred)
Information security and data privacy concepts
Experience working with risk, compliance, legal, and audit stakeholders
Robust ability to translate complex governance needs into intuitive user experiences
Experience in financial services or banking
Hands on experience with Box. com Enterprise (or similar platforms such as SharePoint, OpenText)
Knowledge of:
Records management
Legal hold and eDiscovery
Retention schedules
Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM, SSO, RBAC)
