The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and skilled networks.
Write and post highly engaging job advertisements to attract diverse talent pools.
Screen and interview applicants to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
Manage stakeholders and collaborate closely with hiring managers across departments.
Coordinate onboarding to deliver a smooth and welcoming experience for recent hires.
