Responsibilities - Source and attract candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a good fit for the organization.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
