Job Summary

Giraffe Enterprise & Entertainment is seeking a agile and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day human resource activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Post job openings on recruitment portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain recruitment records.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and employee data.
Handle employee grievances and foster positive employee relations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.




Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance review processes.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards.

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
