About the Role We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to build a high-performing workforce while ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, selection, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Support employee onboarding, induction, and engagement initiatives.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Coordinate performance review cycles and employee feedback processes.
Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMS updates.
Support payroll coordination by maintaining accurate employee and attendance records.
Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and team events.




Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide HR support across departments.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS software.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Real Estate is mandatory; experience in hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors is an added advantage.
Proactive, resourceful, and people-oriented qualified.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to take ownership beyond routine HR responsibilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
