Position

Design and develop AI-enabled business applications and solutions. Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows, systems, and user experiences.

Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and solution patterns.

Collaborate with architects, consultants, and delivery teams to shape solutions.

Support AI-enabled client engagements and internal innovation initiatives.

Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and capability building.

Mentor team members and support AI adoption across the Full Stack COE.





Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical adoption opportunities.

Requirements

Technical Specification 5 8 years of experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, or related field.

Strong experience building enterprise-grade applications and integrations.

Experience working with AI/LLM technologies and up-to-date application architectures.

Familiarity with cloud-native development on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Experience working with enterprise data platforms and APIs.

Understanding of AI solution design, automation, and enterprise system connectivity.

Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerized deployment

Required Skillset

AI & GenAI: OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Claude / Gemini, Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)

Agentic AI: LangGraph / CrewAI / Semantic Kernel, MCP (Preferred)

Full Stack: React / Next.js, Node.js / Nest.js, Python
