Core Responsibilities
Operations & Facilities: Managing day-to-day administration, safety, cleanliness, inventory, and vendor coordination.
Devotee & Event Services: Scheduling priest duties, coordinating hall bookings, managing large religious events, and handling devotee queries.
Financial & Legal Compliance: Managing budgets, record-keeping, and ensuring adherence to local operational guidelines or permits.
Criteria
Prior experience in trust management, hospitality, or large-scale administrative operations.
Robust leadership, conflict-resolution, and public relations skills.
High alignment with the values, traditions, and ethical standards of the Mandir.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
